Benevolent Fund Scheme (Karmachari Kalyan Kosh)

The Uttarakhand Transport Corporation has introduced the Benevolent Fund Scheme and the following monetary benefits are being given to the employees of uttarakhand Transport and their wards out of the UTC Employees Fund, under this scheme:

a. On normal death of employee while in service	100,000
b. On accidental death of employee while in service	200,000
c. On retirement of Employee	Actual share deposited by the employee with interest

Group Insurance scheme

All regular employees of UTC are covered under two Group Insurance schemes.

Emplyee Provdend fund Scheme

All regular and samvida employees of UTC are covered under EPFscheme with EDLI.

Medical Reimburssment

All regular employees of UTC are facitilated with medical reimburssment scheme.

Free Journey Passes

In each calendar year every regular employee is entiled for 2 free passes for his family and 3 passes with tax.
